Also I may offer Rifled barrels soon I'll be using the ECM process This will be a cost effective process. Mainly I'll do it from 50 cal & 69 Cal which are the most common found bullets to the consumer. The process is simple ounce as i make the Nylon sleeve with the titanium cathode for the rifling and the anode (The Barrel) Depending on the current and the electrolytes and flow will determine the depth. Unlike the EDM process in which the majority of gun MFG uses that cost several thousand dollars. I'll be offer you the rifling for around $75-125 extra for a .69 cal depending on the type and scale. Why pay several hundred dollars. I'll have some samples of the barrel cut away view for viewing soon. This process is used mainly for short barrel fire arms such as Smith & Wesson. Please click below to read the process in better detail.
In these rifled barrels the barrel material will be 4150 like the barrels i made 5 years ago which is well documented I may offer heat treating of them which is unnecessary in my opinion due to the fact that the material will sustain substantial pressure and since the cal of these will exceed the NSSA rules. the only aspect of the heat treating is the rifling process being easier. But if one desire it to a certain temper i have at my disposal a heat treating facility (Certified)
I had mention that i would do this a few years ago online. But that was when i thought i would do production of these cannon barrels but since I'm now not doing that and this will be custom work I'll go ahead and make the sleeve's at my pace.
