So my Website now is to offer Quality service's for those that want custom Cannons and Mortars and other implements of this Nature. Keeping in mind safety and Most of all High Quality in Craftsmanship at a price that everyone can afford. And will be limited to 3 Customers at any one time. My rates will be very competitive. And the Quality of the highest standard.
I will however offer Kits for sale in the near future for those of you that like to Have fun. I will not be offering and cannon or mortar that is unsafe nor will i cut corners. If your order takes longer to complete their is a reason for it it either it didn't pass my standards or i have to order parts such as tooling. I will either give you a full refund or offer you extra items such as barrels or mortars or other parts you may need. I have another job that take priority and this is now a secondary income since the market is overwhelmed in this area. You will not be disappointed in you purchases. I will go beyond what other do and Had to make the customer happy. If your unwilling to accept these terms their are many many other sites to buy you cannon from. I will not sell to under age customer's nor if its illegal in you area (California) mainly. And you must agree to all terms and conditions. Please read before ordering
On all custom work or on items that are not in stock their will 2-8 week fabrication time period on larger items such as the 19" long cannon that take about 2 weeks to make and if tooling needs to be ordered it could be longer. There are many other cannon barrel makers and i recommend that you go to them if your in a Hurry. I have dealt with enough unruly customers that want the product yesterday. So please if you can't wait until it's done properly and to my satisfaction please go there and don't order from ME.
In general it will get done ASAP
Also in the Navigation menu you'll be able t view the progress of your order under customer job status on large order and you'll be kept up to date
The custom work that i will do is Small scale cannons up to 4.5" Dia and fabrication of wheel Rails and ACME elevation sets for the carriage's
All you need to have (the customer) Is a working drawing or a rough sketch. If your Carriage is a steel one like below I'm able to plasma Cut up to 1/2" thick on my friends CNC plasma Cutter. If you need a part cut and have a DXF Drawing or even PDF email it to me and I'll get you a Quote.
I have other work i do and that take's priority since its my main income and the cannon & mortar is more a hobby at this time.

Also I may offer Rifled barrels soon I'll be using the ECM process This will be a cost effective process. Mainly I'll do it from 50 cal & 69 Cal which are the most common found bullets to the consumer. The process is simple ounce as i make the Nylon sleeve with the titanium cathode for the rifling and the anode (The Barrel) Depending on the current and the electrolytes and flow will determine the depth. Unlike the EDM process in which the majority of gun MFG uses that cost several thousand dollars. I'll be offer you the rifling for around $75-125 extra for a .69 cal depending on the type and scale. Why pay several hundred dollars. I'll have some samples of the barrel cut away view for viewing soon. This process is used mainly for short barrel fire arms such as Smith & Wesson. In these rifled barrels the barrel material will be 4150 like the barrels i made 5 years ago which is well documented I may offer heat treating of them which is unnecessary in my opinion due to the fact that the material will sustain substantial pressure and since the cal of these will exceed the NSSA rules. the only aspect of the heat treating is the rifling process being easier. But if one desire it to a certain temper i have at my disposal a heat treating facility (Certified)
I had mention that i would do this a few years ago online. But that was when i thought i would do production of these cannon barrels but since I'm now not doing that and this will be custom work I'll go ahead and make the sleeve's at my pace.
